Wildcats Power past Trailblazers, 11-2

TUCSON, Arizona— The Arizona Wildcats (13-6) rallied 11 runs, 14 hits en route to an 11-2 midweek drubbing against Utah Tech (7-15) Tuesday night at Hi Corbett Field.

infielder Kiko Romero And Nick McClaughrythe top two on Arizona’s lineup, amassed five hits, six carries and two RBI on offensive breakout.

Starting pitcher Anthony Susac disregarded the decision after playing three innings scoreless. He only allowed three hits and spent zero walks while striking three.

The Wildcats used six assists to cover the final six frames, a group that collectively knocked out nine Trailblazers and conceded just two hits.
