Jujutsu Kaisen is poised to return this year with a second season, following the huge success it had in its fall 2020 anime season debut. Itadori Yuji’s journey as the new jujutsu wizard continues as he and his comrades battle the curses that threaten to ravage humanity.
With the upcoming release of Season 2, fans may choose to rewatch the previous season for a recap of the show so far.

Fans can watch Jujutsu Kaisen on Netflix
At the moment it is the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen and the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is available to stream on Netflix, Crunchyroll, Disney Plus, Funimation and Hulu. However, not all of them are licensed to stream the show in every country.
The anime is available to stream on Netflix in Hong Kong, India, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Netflix acquired the license to stream the series in 2021.
It is speculated that when the second season releases in July this year, it will eventually be available on Netflix as well. We still have to wait for an official confirmation on the matter.
After the conclusion of the first season, fans have been vocal about their impatience for the next one. The good news is that the show’s creators at MAPPA have officially announced the anime’s return in July 2023.
The exact dates of the release have not yet been announced, but we hope that the announcement will be made very soon.
The first season ended on Death Painting Arc, with Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, Maki, and Panda recommended by Aoi and Mei to be upgraded to level 1 Warlocks. The second season will pick up gojo’s past arc, where we get a glimpse of Satoru Gojo’s college days with his best friend Geto Suguru.
The feature film had filled the fandom’s need for more content from the series when it released last year 2020. Fans who haven’t read the manga have finally been able to see Yuta in action.
He is a main character in the manga series that remained mysterious with some mentions in the first season. The film shed light on the seniors and gave us a glimpse of Gojo’s true potential and prepared us for what is to come next in the series.
