In less than a week, 30 of the best strongmen from around the world compete for a chance to be named World’s Strongest Man. The event is spread over five days, with the first three holding the qualifying heats. Those who qualify for the finals compete in the final two days and 6 strongman events. Check out the full event listing for the 2022 WSM competition!

You won’t be able to catch the entire event unless you happen to buy tickets and attend in person. However, this year WSM is creating a live show called Backstage! Presented by The Beard Struggle. This show will be available on WSM Facebook page and Youtube channel. Former strongman Terry Hollands will host the show. Enjoy behind-the-scenes interviews and recaps of the event.

The other option is to wait until the entire event airs on CBS Sports Network later in the summer and then again during the winter holiday season. The exact dates and times have not yet been announced, but we will inform you as soon as they are published.

This year’s event is packed with talent who will attempt to take the title from 2021 winner Tom Stoltman.

Oleksii Novikov, another former WSM winner in 2020 who won Europe’s Strongest Man in 2022.

Last but not least, don’t forget four-time WSM winner Brian Shaw or older Stoltman brother Luke.
