THE View fans were shocked after an object was thrown at presenter Whoopi Goldberg mid-show on Thursday.
The 66-year-old was forced to practice her catching skills after the object was thrown at her.
The unusual moment happened during a segment with guest Craig Robinson.
About halfway through the episode, hosts Joy Behar and Sara Haines focused on asking the Killing It star a few questions.
Fans and apparently the producers of The View instead focused on something else.
Until Whoopi was pelted with an object, it all started with Craig not being able to take a break in the Bahamas heat.
Viewers were shocked to see how much the actor was sweating and worried for him.
“Craig is sweating like a mouse in a cat house,” tweeted one stunned fan.
Another wrote: “Dude is sweating a storm.”
A third fumed at the show, saying: “So, @TheView… you guys are really leaving that man sitting there, THE ENTIRE SEGMENT, with that sweat pouring down his face like a waterfall???

Others asked someone to “get Craig a towel,” and eventually the producers on set noticed the same thing, which viewers noticed because at that moment, Whoopi was thrown something in their direction.
While the other co-hosts were busy talking to Craig, someone off-camera threw a towel at Whoopi.
She was able to catch it fairly easily before then tossing it over to Craig for him to wipe some of the sweat off his face.
“I was wondering if they would ever give Craig a towel,” one fan tweeted afterwards, upset that it had taken so long.
Besides the towel, Craig also got a little help from Joy.
The hostess tried to cool her guest by sharing her little fan.
She held it in front of his face while he closed his eyes and enjoyed the gentle breeze.
There have been some weird moments on the show lately.
During Wednesday’s show, Whoopi abruptly halted the show during an interview with guest Chloe Fineman.
The moment came after the presenter made an on-air blunder and messed up the Saturday Night Live star’s name during the introduction.
Whoopi welcomed her to the show as Chloe Fine-a-man, but wanted a chance to try again.
After Chloe walked over to the table, the crowd cheered and she sat down.
Before going straight to the questions, Whoopi paused things to go back to the introduction a bit.
“I’m going to say your name again because I said Fine-a-Man and it’s Fineman,” Whoopi explained to the actress.
Chloe was very understanding and nodded.
“That’s fine. It almost reads like fin-a-man (cinnamon with an ‘F’), so,” she told the host.
Whoopi replied: “Well I almost went there but I didn’t. Anyway, Chloe is here!”
