away game mixer

The night before away games, the Alumni Association partners with a local alumni chapter to welcome alumni and fans to an evening of Penn State camaraderie. There are often performances that night by the Penn State Cheerleaders, Nittany Lion and Pep Band – made up of members of the Blue Band. Having the band and cheerleaders on site is always a highlight for local and traveling alumni and fans, with the alumni association covering the Pep Band’s travel expenses. Information about these events is also listed at alumni.psu.edu/gameday.

Alumni Chapter Watch parties

With more than 120 alumni chapters across the country and beyond, there’s always a group of Penn Staters ready to add to their cheering roster on game days. Alumni Association membership now includes access to all chapters with no additional fees or chapter fees. Look at the list of active chapters.
