SRK, Virat Kohli fans engage in ugly Twitter war | Trending

“Who is a bigger personality and achiever around the world?” asked a Twitter user in their March 28 Twitter poll. The options were: a) Shah Rukh Khan and b) Virat Kohli. And even before the poll results were shared, a feud erupted between fans of Virat Kohli and Shah Rukh Khan. Although Virat Kohli received 8.8% more votes than Shah Rukh Khan, both camps disagree over who is more iconic.

Fans started tweeting in support of their favorite person, so much so that both Virat Kohli and Shah Rukh Khan started trending on Twitter. We have compiled some reactions below.

A Virat Kohli fan claimed that Shah Rukh Khan’s “top likes” tweet is related to the former India skipper.

As supporters from both sides continue their dispute on Twitter, which no one asked for, a select few shared that both are India’s pride and represent the nation worldwide. A Twitter user wrote: “Virat Kohli and Shah Rukh Khan are both the pride of India. Both represent our country worldwide! Stop this childish argument!!!” “I’m not sure what’s wrong with some fans of #SRK n #ViratKohli. Why do you guys stir up so much hatred for each other? Don’t you know they are both the pride of India… Stop humiliating them both… Such a shame…” added another.
