Peacock presents exclusive live content related to Qatar 2022™ in Spanish

MIAMI, Fla. – October 18, 2022 – Peacock today announced comprehensive coverage plans for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ each game is streamed LIVE on Peacock in Spanishto offer Live and exclusive coverage in Spanisha dedicated World Cup Hub and the Copa Mundial 24/7 Virtual Channel in Spanish, produced by Tplus, Telemundo’s digital content brand.

This will be peacock only Direct-to-consumer streaming service in the United States to simulcast live coverage of all 64 matches produced by Telemundo Deportes, including one-hour pre-match and post-match coverage on-site from Qatar. The first 12 matches of the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ are available to Peacock Free Tier subscribers, while the remaining 52 matches (from 24 November) are available to Peacock Premium subscribers.

The World Cup begins on Sunday, November 20 when host country Qatar meets Ecuador at 11am ET. The United States begin their group game against Wales on Monday, November 21 at 2:00 p.m. ET, while Mexico’s first game is on Tuesday, November 22 at 11:00 a.m. ET against Poland.

In marquee group stage matches, the United States meets England on Friday, November 25 at 2:00 PM ET and Mexico meets Argentina on Saturday, November 26 at 2:00 PM ET. Click here for full schedule details.
