NASDAQ Inc., a global exchange, intends to begin offering custody services for Ether and Bitcoin within the next three months. Ira Auerbach, formerly at Gemini as global head, will lead the new business. In September, NASDAQ announced it would enter the digital asset market and join other well-known financial companies such as BNP Paribas and Fidelity to offer cryptocurrency custody services.
