Montana adds 1,501 cases, 23 deaths

As of Friday morning, Montana has confirmed 278,993 positive COVID-19 cases. Montana’s COVID-19 case tracking map shows 1,501 new confirmed cases. There are currently 1,815 active cases in the state.

According to the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services, 1,482,070 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered and 565,714 Montanans are fully immunized.

In Missoula, 205,283 doses have been administered and 77,308 people are fully immunized. 67% of Missoula’s eligible population is fully vaccinated, which is the most in the state. The current case numbers from the Missoula City-County Health Department can be found right here.

According to state health officials, the death toll related to COVID-19 rose from 3,400 on May 27, 2022 to 3,423 on June 3, 2022.
