Japan, Australia and Morocco made it into the last 16 with so many big shocks during the tournament, but the Atlas Lions are the only ones of the trio to make it to the quarterfinals. Germany, Denmark and Belgium were all eliminated in the group stage.
Argentina meets the Netherlands in the quarterfinals in a familiar duel between Lionel Messi and a semifinal date with Brazil or Japan.

At the other end of the table, Morocco meet Portugal to take on England’s winners against France.
